We engaged Concrid Interior for the renovation of our second home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>As first-time renovators, we initially found the process quite daunting due to the number of decisions involved, amidst the tight expected turnaround. However, our designers, Qing Yun and Fendi, demonstrated a strong understanding of our brief from our first meeting during the Qanvast Hangout and guided us through each stage with patience and clarity. Their responsiveness and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the project.<br><br>The renovation was completed within approximately two months, and the final outcome reflects our vision very closely. We were particularly impressed by how accurately the 3D renderings translated into the completed space.<br><br>Overall, the process was well-managed and the result is a home that is both functional and aligned with our aesthetic preferences.
