I had shortlisted Divine & Glitz Design through a list of ID recommendations from both the Sixides and Qanvast platforms. Initially, I was impressed by the professionalism displayed by one of their IDs during the presentation stage, and I was keen to proceed with the project. However, due to personal reasons, the ID was unable to take on the assignment and recommended Shun Yong to continue with our renovation journey.<br><br>Despite joining the project midway, Shun Yong was able to pick up seamlessly based on the information and floor plan provided by his colleague. During our first meeting, he took the time to listen carefully to our requirements, preferences, and lifestyle needs. He then proposed a design that not only matched our taste but also incorporated practical considerations for everyday living.<br><br>Throughout the renovation process, Shun Yong kept us regularly updated on the progress of the works. Whenever adjustments were required due to site conditions or practicality, he would proactively discuss alternative solutions and seek our feedback before proceeding. This gave us confidence that our home was in good hands.<br><br>What impressed us most was his responsiveness and dedication. He was always prompt in replying to our questions and addressing our concerns, no matter how minor they were. Even after the renovation was completed, his after-sales service remained excellent. Any touch-up work or rectifications required were followed through diligently, and he kept us informed until the issues were resolved.<br><br>Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with our experience working with Shun Yong. His professionalism, attentiveness, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction made our renovation journey smooth and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend Shun Yong to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable interior designer.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ted Ang as our ID. He has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire renovation journey and is always very responsive whenever we have questions.<br><br>What impressed us most is the layout he proposed, it was something no other ID suggested, and it truly made our home special. We absolutely love how our home turned out. Every guest who visits always comments on how nice, cozy, and homey the space feels.<br><br>Ted guided us patiently through every detail, from material selections to design decisions, and his recommendations were always spot on. On top of that, his fun and easy-going personality made the whole process very enjoyable. Kudos to Desmond and Perlyn for getting my concept into realisation. Their spatial planning is incredible and proposed the best use of the compact space.<br><br>Was really happy that they managed to complete the big ticket items prior to Chinese new year , with only 1 month for both planning and execution.<br><br>Incredibly satisfied with both price and quality of work. Will recommend them for your next home.
