I was referred to Hecy from Page Studio by a friend. Was my first time and did not know where to start and what to expect. Sent her my floorplan and within a few weeks, we had our first meetup. Hecy conscientiously ran through my requirements and offered her recommendations on certain aspects. During the second meetup, she came by the unit for a site survey to concretise the plan. At no point was she assertive in pushing her ideas. In fact, she honestly commented on the need to replace certain things in the unit. When the quotation came, I found her price rather reasonable compared to other quotations which I had received. The timeline she proposed was about 3 months to revamp two toilets, install build-ins in 3 rooms, living and kitchen and repaint the unit. After deciding to officially engage Hecy, I dropped by her office to select the materials. Works soon started and Hecy managed the whole schedule from arranging contractors to liaising with my contractor on issues (eg. Aircon installation) faced along the way. She also valued added by advising me when to slot in additional works by my own contractors. Bulk of the works had been completed within 2 months, leaving only the kitchen door which was completed in the 3rd month. Overall I'm very impressed with the result and the working experience with Hecy. She was very patient from start to end and offered me valuable ideas. I did not have to worry much about the progress. There were some issues which surfaced after the hand-over which were resolved quickly under the warranty. I'd highly recommend her service to anyone who is looking to renovate their house I'd definitely do so! Thanks Hecy!

Hecy managed to provide the concept that fits to my requirement of being bright with natural light in the daytime and cozy at night. While there were some hiccups in workmanship Hecy managed to address it nicely and still deliver on time. What made impressed is the after sales service. The follow up and addressing of fixes and gaps is quite satisfactory.
