We had an excellent experience working with Brian on our home renovation. His coordination with the various parties involved was truly top-notch, ensuring everything moved smoothly from start to finish.<br><br>Brian is meticulous and highly organized, providing us with a clear renovation timeline so we always knew what to expect and when to schedule our other vendors and deliveries. Throughout the process, Brian updated us promptly on the progress and even helped oversee the works while we were traveling for a week — something we were extremely grateful for.<br><br>Brian’s structured approach really stood out. He produced his own detailed carpentry drawings, laid out clear electrical plans after a lengthy 6 hour discussion and consistently gave us proper explanations and heads-up before any work was carried out.<br><br>As with any renovation, there were a few hiccups along the way — including a back-and-forth over the master bedroom walk-in wardrobe carpentry louvre doors that took about 1–2 weeks to fine-tune. But Brian handled everything professionally and rectified issues as quickly as possible.<br><br>We also appreciate that Brian always made time for us. He answered all our questions promptly, sometimes even on weekends or late at night, truly going the extra mile to ensure we felt supported and confident in every decision.<br><br>Brian’s professional advice elevated many of our ideas too. He successfully implemented our kitchen corner pantry tall cabinet idea, designed a functional tray cabinet above the oven, and even suggested lowering the hood slightly below the top cabinet line for better ergonomics and performance — all thoughtful details we now enjoy daily. When we were in the process of buying our fittings and furnitures, we often consulted Brian for his advise and ideas as to match with our home theme - lights, sofa colors, curtains, dining table tops, and the list goes on.<br><br>We highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely dedicated interior designer.
